Sandway House has been owned and operated by Pete and Tracey since January 2022. Originally from Leicestershire, the couple purchased the seven-bed Victorian guesthouse in 2022 and immediately started working on its renovation. Pete, a master carpenter, and Tracey, a chef-turned interior designer, restyled the former B&B into one of Torquay's leading upmarket guesthouses featuring boutique-style suites, handmade wood-panelled breakfast room and a refined food menu to suit.
